Ingredients:
- 1 cup POWER WHEY COMPLEX vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 6 tbsp monk fruit sweetener, or other granulated sugar of choice*
- 12 tbsp cream cheese of choice (6 tbsp is about 3 oz)**
- 8 Oreo cookies, crushed 6-8 tbsp white chocolate chips, melted (optional)
- 1/4 cup NUTRI-NUT (powdered peanut butter)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together (except the white chocolate). Add more coconut flour if the dough is too soft, and add a teaspoon or more of water, or almond milk if the dough is too thick*
- Roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls, and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
